Cannot generate an eBay token

Hi i am having the same problems i really dont have an answer but i am thinking auctiva may have some problems with this area its frustrating me as i cant list anything without this token ....lets hope someon else out there has some answers .. Eve

has anybody managed to get there token? im just waiting for the help desk to come back 2 me, dont no how long that will be

I have been having the same problem - I wondered if any of you are from the UK (or registered with ebay.co.uk) I think that might be my problem!

I saw it calls me a 'Newbie' - I am under this name but I have another Auctiva account that has been working fine but I don't want to link my new eBay name/account to it!

hi yes im in the uk and its getting on my nerves i cant list using this cos i cannot get my token it says i already have an account all i downloaded was the gallery thing ages ago and i cant remember what email address, password i used then so i just opened or RTRIED to open a new one wont let me get my token

I'm having the same exact problem. I'm using internet explorer, I'll try a different browser later on. Maybe a temporary glitch?

I have a free auctiva account, and was told to get a token, as I haven't been here awhile. At ebay the token appears to happen, but when I come back, my account says i don't have a token.

Sorry, same subject...I know it's an old thread but as it is at the top.....
Also, the support link in the post above mine seems to be dead.
Could someone help me get Auctiva to recognize that I have an ebay token?
