Hi Pete,

Well, the IE7 browser generally works with ActiveX and Javascript to function properly with all Auctiva's active content pages. I know those experimenting with the IE8 Beta product had some problems. However, setting that browser to work with "IE7 Emulation" was reported to work (and I think one failure was the template selector Save to Listing didn't work).

I use IE7 on Windows XP-Pro, and no problem. I also check and test with Firefox 3, and ditto.

I have also seen occasional problems with Add-ons or security products/settings that can block active content from functioning.

Edit: Pete, do you have Service Pack 3 installed?

I dont know what you mean by Service pack 3 I dont think so with being knew to computors and knowing very little about them I am very careful what i down load etc like i said everythink worked fine upto christmas then when I tried to save my choosen template to my listings I couldnt get it to save I have even tried opening a new account and I cannot get auctiva to down load a token to allow me to list my listings to ebay each time I try I get an errior message saying token not found
Hi Pete,

Service Pack 3 = Windows XP Service Pack 3 from Microsoft

It's the latest Service Pack for your Operating System and can be installed through the standard Windows Update download. If the computer was recently purchase, it might have come with the Service Pack already installed. Service Pack 3 was released last May.

You can have only one Auctiva account associated (pass token) to an eBay account.
