Hi,

Thanks for contacting us regarding this matter, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. I would like to inform you that currently the site is under the routine database maintenance. We are updating our site to remove the bugs and to add new features. This will certainly help our customers so they do not face any problems in the future. This process takes approximately 5 hours every Thursday night starting around 10:30PM PST (-8 GMT).

Unfortunately, today it is taking a bit longer than usual. Our engineering department has notified that it is going to take another couple of hours for the site to be up and running.

Once our maintenance activity is over, the site would be back to its helpful self and you would no longer face this issue.

We apologize for any inconveniences this issue is causing. In the mean time, if there is anything further I can do to assist you, please don't hesitate to ask!
