cannot revise ebay listings

I went in through Internet Explorer instead of Mozilla, signed into Sellathon when it asked me again through the eBay site and it accepted my password on Sellathon on the eBay screen this time. I am at the moment able to revise listings through IE, but I still don't understand what is up with Sellathon, so that means I am indeed active or what, and why is it asking me for that? I hope I will be able to go back to using Mozilla. Crisis averted for the moment, but this is sort of scary, I really do need to be able to revise listings through the eBay site, because the bulk auctiva editing tool did not work for me. I had filed a support request for this and will follow up, thank goodness I can revise, but I am confused about the Sellathon issue and why that is popping up. It happened once recently and I thought it was a spyware thing, but eBay said it was an Auctiva issue and that perhaps the security settings were too high....

Bulk tool did not work for me and several others who have written on forums either. It did not work on ebay or auctiva. Ebay support says it is an auctiva formatting issue, after 75+ support notes back & forth to Auctiva I have been waiting on engineering to get back with me. . it has only been 4-5 weeks of waiting for them to respond. Hopefully they will respond at some point.
