Is anyone else experiencing this same issue?

Whenever I go to post or schedule a brand new listing it gives me the error: "An error has occurred during the processing of your request. Please try again or file a support case if this problem continues."

It has been doing this since they finished the update yesterday. I sent a help request, but have yet to receive any responce.

At one point it gave me a different error saying, "Return Policy is limited to 500 characters." I double checked my return policy, and including spaces it is only 469 characters.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
