Hi vision quest traders,

Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention. We are seeing errors of this nature in a number of accounts and our engineering team is currently working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

I am unable to provide an estimate of when the issue will be resolved at the moment, but I will update this thread to let you know as soon as the issue has been resolved or I can get an estimate of when that will happen.

We apologize for any inconveniences this issue is causing.

I just received an update on the issue that was causing these from our engineering team and am pleased to report that we believe the issue should now be resolved. If you receive any more errors of this nature moving forward, please let us know by mousing over the "Help" tab on our site and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
