Cannot set return policy - plse help!

Hi Folks,
I've just joined and this is my first post.
I'm trying to set my return policy in my profiles, but having no joy so far. I've even tried to set it when doing a new listing, but it just does'nt come up on the listing.
Can anyone help?
I'm using IE as my browser. I'v not had any other problems like this.

This could be the blind leading the blind as this is also my first post and we are almost one day old using Auctiva.

The return policy can be found in Checkout which you need to submit a listing, whether or not you use Auctiva checkout.

Then again, I can be wrong so hope some knowledgable user comes along to verify.

Try putting your return policy info under the Seller Details heading "Terms & Conditions." That way it will automatically show up in every listing without you having to keep typing it out (assuming you choose your seller details from the drop-down box when you're creating your listing).
