Cannot Update Store Categories

Hello,
I am trying to update my store categories but when I go to My Accounts->Ebay settings there is no option for it at all just my basic information.
I tried generating a new token but it did nothing as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks soo much

Hi moonshadow,

I just noticed the same problem. I had a feeling there was going to be some kind of reprecussion to new ebay category option.

I'm sure auctiva ia having to do some tweaking because of all the new categories. I went from 20 categories to 135. Multiply that by 100's if not 1000's of ebayers.

I'm sure auctiva will get things up to date just as soon as they can.

Good to know I thought I was going crazy! The instructions seemed simple enough that even I could follow.
I have been eagerly awaiting the category change, I just got mine all finished and revised all my active listings. Now I just have to update my profiles and am good to go.
I guess I will wait and check back tomorrow and see if the (button) is back.

Well I am glad I didn't become one of those unfortunate ones with the missing description. I don't deal with technical difficulties well!!
Would it be possible for something to be posted when this has been fixed. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

I AM one of those "unfortunate ones" ... and I'm a dead duck in the water right now. A heads up from Auctiva / removal of the button a lot earlier would have been appreciated. So right now I'm listing using my other listing service cuz I can't do anything in Auctiva

I am about to create my ebay store. I've been posting items normally for the past 3+ years but will be opening a store this week.

In the meantime I'm working on a couple listings with Auctiva. I don't see where the "Udate Store Categories" link is. I click on the "store" button to select the listing type. Where should that link appear ?

I haven't actually setup the store yet. Do I need to do that before I started editing/creating the Auctiva store listing ?

Hi .. Yes, you need to set up your store thru Ebay first. After your store is set up thru ebay and you have your categoies set up go to
my account
ebay settings
ebay account settings where you set up token, on the bottom of that box there is a link that says update store categories.
