Cannot upload my photosl. NO BROWSER!

I am also having problems uploading my photos!!! ARGH! What is going on. This is such a waste of time. I have tried rebooting and all sorts and still the same problem. Has anyone from Auctiva been on to explain what the problem is. Help please! Kitty

Me too. I am unable to upload photos as there is no browser option. Not sure what to do???

I filed a support request an hour or 2 agao. Got a response that asked me to email them a picture I was trying to upload, so they could try to duplicate the problem. Not sure how that would help, but I did.

I suggest others file a support request also. Enough filed we at least get a resonse here from someone.

Same problem with photos. followed their instructions. still get the red x Active X not installed etc etc

Same problem with me. Unable ti upload images because active x is not installing. Does anybody know if its just a temporary thing ?

Same here. Pics won't load. On Firefox, I/E, or AOL. I keep getting error messages, and on Firefox, the application (Firefox itself) closes.

Same here, upload will not work, freezes the computer and if you don't save the listing, it's gone! This "new" Augima(?) uploader doesn't work as of noon 23/12/2008. PLEASE FIX!

I just uploaded images with the Auctiva image uploader, no problems.

This suggestion helped me:


If you go to the images tab-->upload images-->Basic HTML uploader, you should be able to upload all of your desired images to Auctiva there.

Yes, use the basic HTML uploader the other one is junk. The Auctiva Uploader Takes 15 minutes to load photos if it works at all. Don't use it.

Still can't get the uploader to work so I used the basic HTML uploader located by clicking the Images tab. This works fine, faster than the uploader when it worked last week!

There is some sort of problem with the uploader, someone at auctiva should check into this.
