Is there any way to totally replace my crappy looking ebay store with its extremely limited customisation with the auctiva one which is much better. Afterall, a lot of people just click on the red door link on ebay to visit a store. Much better that that link goes to my auctiva page than my awful ebay one. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi AnnaGee,

Thanks for posting your question here. While we certainly appreciate hearing that you prefer your Auctiva store over your eBay store, I'm afraid that it is not possible to completely replace your eBay store with your Auctiva store nor to apply an Auctiva store template to your eBay store.

If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.

Hello.. to Mike who replied or any other Auctiva customer support. So are you saying that Auctiva is of no use for my ebay store? Frankly that is most of the point why I signed up. SO I could use a template for the store, load up my items and fill up my store, and then choose products from the store to list as store format (EI 40c listing) or auction/bin format or both.
My store and listed items will all have the same look and feel due to the template.
Are you telling me that I cannot use Auctiva to manage this?
Hi Ann,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. While you can certainly post auction and/or fixed price items through Auctiva in order to fill up your eBay store, we do not currently offer any functionality that would assist you in redesigning the appearance of your eBay store.

I suppose it would be possible to create a custom design for your eBay store that goes nicely with the look and feel of the Auctiva template that you decide to use on your eBay listings, but you would have to either create the eBay store design yourself or seek assistance from a designer.
