In the Auctiva one-page lister, select "Display Image Captions" in the Image Selection section. Note, this must be done prior to submission, i.e. it's not a changable feature to add on an active listing nor are the captions from the image library once listed. To change a caption on an active listing, you use eBay Revise listing to locate and change the text. If you're experienced at the HTML copy process, you could also completely replace active listing description section to add the feature.
