Catagories | Auctiva

I looked it up and found information on categories. However, I would like to know, in auctiva specifically can (my) store categories be downloaded. Not using Mr.poster or ebud.All my store items are going to other, when I have specific categories for them on ebay. Again, I know this question was asked before, but it pointed us to Mr. Poster. Thanks

I don't quite understand you mean by "all my store items are going to other?" Where do you need to download the store categories to?

Hi, you need to link Auctiva with Ebay Categories, On Auctiva - click on the tab above - my account<settings<ebay settings<update categories from ebay. Then your store categories from ebay will show up on your listing pages. And everytime you add a new category to your store, you will need to update them as well. If you do not assign a store cat. it will automatically go to "other". I hope this helps you and answered your question.
