Categories, Buyer Requirements

Why when i specify a Category in listing (t finds the Category 98498, but does it not appear in the actual ebay auction when posted? Also, is there no way to set Buyer Requirements?

Am i missing something?

I don't know the answer to your category question...but buyer requirements have to be set in EBAY. Mouse over Account > Site Preferences > Buyer Requirements > Show and go from there.
