Categories not using the same template as my store front...help!

I think I put this in the wrong section before so I'll pop it here! I think its the right place! I wonder if you can help me? I've set up my store http://www.camelliadesigns.co.uk/ and i'm really pleased with the template i've used but when click on a categorie on the right hand side ie East of India a different template is used (a plain boring blue one!) and it only changes to the one that is the same as my store front when I hit the refresh symbol next to the address! Any ideas whats causing this?
