Categories: update or refresh

I am searching for a post from Jeff i think that says if your categories don't match those on ebay, "to refresh your categories". I can't search today, so would someone please tell how to "refresh my categories"? Please!
I have looked everywhere for that post or one that tells me how to do it, but can't find it.

Ciick My Account tab at top of this page. Then click eBay settings. Then click Update Store categories.
