The categories in my auctiva store will not work when I click on them. They will only work in ebay. I have updated them and set key words to "all"

Hi JRA 1, If you're talking about the categories you set up in ebay, that's an easy one. Just go to your "my account" tab and click on "ebay settings." From there, there is a link to click on that says, "update store categories from ebay." Hope this helps!
JRA 1, I've been looking at that a little more and I don't think that works for the Auctiva store. It does for your listings, though. So, if your question is only about your Auctiva store, then my answer won't help you. Now I'm wondering how to change my Auctiva store categories as well!
Hi. If you're talking about what I think you are, click on your Store tab first.
In the left column under Store and then Manage, choose Search Categories option to change it.
If that's not it, then I've no idea.
