Change E-bay info

How do I change my E-bay Account User Name and E-bay e-mail address in my Auctiva account? My E-bay token is not valid for some reason and they can't connect because E-bay has the new information and Auctiva has the old name and e-mail.

Your best bet would probably be to use the help button at the top of the page and file a support request.
