Change of ID

Hello - my first time on the boards so be gentle!! I've only just discovered Auctiva. I've just (yesterday) changed my user id on e-bay but it doesn't seem to be recognised by Auctiva - ie I can't log in using old or new user ID (made a new one just to post this mssg) Anyone out there with any suggestions?

Your user id for the Auctiva website is seperate from your eBay user id which is also seperate from your user id for posting on these message boards (so you have 3 different user ids) If you change one, it shouldn't affect the others. Were you not able to log on to the Auctiva website using the user id you created when first signing up with us?

To change your eBay user ID associated with your Auctiva account, you must create a new token at Auctiva -> My Account -> Ebay Settings.
