Is it possible to change user ID here in Auctiva like what you do on eBay? If yes, is there any options or account preference where we could go to to change it? Appreciate any info.

Yes, you can change it, here's a quote from Auctiva's help menu:
You must file a support request to change your Auctiva username. In the support request, please include what you would like your new username to be.
