change username

How/where do I change my username to MATCH my ebay username that auctiva FAILED to mention when I signed up so I don't have to LOSE the 4 hrs that I have already spent setting up auctions, etc?

Also, if I have to open a new account for it, how can I import all I setup into the new one?

Open a support ticket, http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
they should be able to change it for you.

Hi and thanks,

Actually all I had to do was generate a new token under my account / settings / ebay settings / get new token.

When it didn't work and said there was no such account I thought it was because the usernames had to match. Too long with too little sleep.
