changes in current auctions

Hi,
I would like to continue using auctiva, but in the last couple if auctions I ran I couldn't figure out how to make changes after the auctions had launched. I know how to do it if the auction is launched through ebay. Is it impossible to make changes in auctiva launched auctions once they are running?

Technically you can't revise an active listing but there's a pretty easy workaround.

What you have to do is revise the listing here at Auctiva and save it. Then go into your Saved Listings, tick the box next to the listing and then click the "Get HTML" button at the top.

You then go to eBay, revise the listing there and put the new HTML in the description box. And that should do it.
