I want to change my Auctiva Store domain from http://store.auctiva.com/chuckiii3 to http://store.auctiva.com/charlesiii3 (which corresponds to my eBay member ID).
How do I do this?

To accomplish this, you just have to have your Auctiva username changed to "charlesiii3" to correspond with your eBay username.
I went ahead and made this change so your Auctiva username is now "charleseiii3" and your Auctiva store URL is now http://store.auctiva.com/charleseiii3
