Thanks for posting your question here. If you open the Shipping Tools section on the Auctiva lister page, the first area you see will be labeled "Location" in which you are supposed to enter the details of where you are located.
When filling out that section, you just need to enter your city/state using either the "Identify city and state bypostcode(entered above) " or "I will enter the location" options and then select "United Kindom" from the drop down menu labeled "Country" below.
Once you have completed these steps, your city/state and country should be reflected correctly on the Auctiva preview page.
