Changing eBay NickName

If I change my eBay nickname will everything setup in Auctiva port over to the new Nick, or will I have to setup a new Auctiva account?

Hi Chrisrut23,

If you change your eBay ID, in order to update it in your Auctiva account, you just need to create a new token. To accomplish this, please go to Auctiva -> My Account(Tab) -> Ebay Settings -> Get New Token.
