Changing ID username and email in Auctiva

Hi. I have recently changed my ID username and email in ebay. I would like to change my ID username and email in Auctiva however I am struggling to find where to do this in my Auctiva account. Hope someone out there can help me

You can change your email by going to your Account Settings - it's right at the top of the page. As for username, click on it right here at the left which will bring up your profile. From there you can edit it.

member_8880, changing your username in your profile only changes your forum account username. The actual Auctiva account is separate.
As far as I know, the only way to change your Auctiva acount name is to email support with your request:
