Thanks for posting your question here. If you change your eBay username, the only thing that you must do in order to ensure that your Auctiva account continues to function properly is generate a new eBay token which imports your updated eBay account information into our system.
In order to generate a new eBay token, you will want to mouse over the “My Account” tab within your account, select the “eBay” option under “Settings”, clicking the “Get New Token” link on the ensuing page and then proceeding as directed.
If you would also like to update your Auctiva username to match your new eBay username, just go ahead and file a support case from under the “Help” tab within your account and our customer support team will be able to take care of that for you.
If you do change your Auctiva username, you also may want to change your Auctiva store and scrolling gallery header text to reflect your new business name.
You can find the option to update your scrolling gallery header text by mousing over the “Stores” tab within your account, selecting the “Customize” option under “Scrolling Gallery”, and then clicking the “Text and Placement” tab. The option to change your Auctiva store header text can be found by mousing over the “Stores” tab within your account and selecting the “Header” option under “Auctiva Store”.

When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
