Hi Jane,

If you change your plan to the Standard Plan using the "Pick a Plan" option under the "My Account" plan, the new plan will actually not take effect until the first of the next month.

If you would like to upgrade to the Standard Plan for the current month because it would be more cost effective for you then the Starter Plan, please contact our customer support team and request that they change your plan for the current month.
