Changing templates in closed listings

I am trying to change some older closed listings to reflect my new template. But, when I click on "change template" & change to new one, and hit preview
it is putting the old one inside the new.

What am I doing wrong?

Are both templates our templates?

If not you'll have to strip your old template first. Then apply ours. We have no way to know what is and isn't a part of non auctiva templates.
