Hi Octiva, You can revise almost anything in your listing through ebays editor..you will find the revise your listing link on your auction page. However, I dont think you can change your category on ebay for auction style listings..dont quote me on that because Ive never tried it..I just seem to remember it not being an option when revising a listing on ebay. You might be able to change categories through auctiva using HTML coding..but I am not sure about that and thats another story. You can find alot of useful information on the help pages of auctiva and by utilizing the online classes. Hope this helps you! William
Thank you both for the help. One thing I've found strange with auctiva though, is that sometimes if I change something on a listing, Auctiva will not recognize it. For example, a while ago I changed the price on something through e-Bay but every time the item's picture came up on the little revolving ''photo display'' on my other auctions, it advertised the original price of the item, not the one I had changed it too. Rather frustrating to say the least. Also, when someone clicked on the add through Auctiva, the add would show the original price instead of the current one. Is Auctiva programmed to change if a change is made through e-Bay?

I'll check out the ''Help'' section and will try to take a class as well.
Hi Octiva, As stated by Wayoutwest, you can change the category thought ebay revise. And just to let you know, you cannot change auction style listing to a "buy it now" listing, you can only add a "BIN", and also same for "BIN" cannot be changed to a auction style listing.(just in case you were not aware of this).Hope this helps you!

On your other issue about the scrolling window, this is a bug in the system, as it happens all the time, changing the price, does not seem to update on the window, almost never for me, same with closed auctions, will show up in the window. You can file a support ticket on the price change, and for closed auctions, you can edit it not to show in your window. These are very common bugs here, but the great staff here are working on them, and are very helpful. You can't beat this free service, even with the bugs now and then. Welcome!!
Even though your store window does not show the correct price. The correct price or bid amount will be correct on the ad itself. The store window prices are supposed to update every 2 hrs..but they rarely do...like what was said earlier its just a bug that needs to be fixed. Getting the HTML code for your listing and changing it that way, may cause you to lose your store window altogether...I always lose my store window if I get HTML and revise my listings...I dont know if this is true for anyone else..but it may be the case. Just figured I would let you know that it is a possibility.
I would also like to add that even if you do go and change the prices by getting HTML and revising..when the price changes again, your most likely just going to be back in the same boat again with it not updating. So it may not be worth your time to do it.
