Hi all, I would like to relist some items using ebay's relist function. I would like to change the template I used when creating the auction in Auctiva. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Thanks!

Hi Katrinka13,
To change the Auctiva template when relisting an item through eBay, please procede with the following steps:
1) Revise the associated saved listing within your Auctiva account to reflect the new template, then click "Save".
2) Visit your saved listings page once again, check the box next to the item, and click the "Get HTML" button.
3) Select all and copy the HTML in the popup window.
4) Procede to eBay to relist your item.
5) Click "Edit Description"
6) Click the "Enter your Own HTML" tab above the description editor.
7) Delete the existing description HTML and replace it with the copied HTML.
8) Post the item.
