Charity Auctions - MissionFish on eBay

No one? I really need some help with this...

At this point, I have decided NOT to use the AAOF template, but I still need to know how to do a MissionFish auction from Auctiva...

I wonder if you want to use the template for the AAOF if you could just copy the html and use the make your own template icon and make that work??? I'm not sure I was just working on one yesterday, but I was using a template that Auctiva already had? As far as the Mission Auction - I'm sorry I'm just no help with that - Sorry - Dawn

Apparently, Auctiva is not one of the "compatible" listing tools for MissionFish - only Turbo Lister, Infopia and Channel Advisor. MissionFish advised me to use the eBay "Sell Your Item" form...ARRGGGGHHHH!

I have NEVER used anything but Auctiva, and I am so confused by the eBay Sell form. And trying to insert the html in the practice template provided by the AAOF Group is driving me crazy. I am about to give up, I am so frustrated.

Heather at MissionFish advised me to contact Auctiva to see if they could be added to the list of compatible listing tools. Who would I contact?

I understand what you mean about E-bay being confusing - I think that there is a link that you can send Auctiva and tell them your problem. From what I've read so far they've been prompt at answering these types of questions. I've only been here a couple of weeks myself and I'm still trying to learn my way around. The best way to make a feature request would be to post in the Suggestions forum. But if you use the Sell Your Item form for your charity listing, Auctiva will still import your listing into the "Active Listings" page, so you can keep track of the sale's progress right along with all your other listings.
