CHECK OUT?

If I uncheck the Auctiva check out box in the account settings will the sale then use the Ebay check out?

Yes and no. If you disable the Auctiva Checkout, it will apply only to listings created afterwards. Any listings that were posted while Checkout was enabled can't be done through eBay.

If you take PayPal, though, one temporary workaround is to send a manual invoice through them to the customer.

Or you can send a manual invoice with all the information of the sale and have the customer pay your PayPal account directly.
