Checking views

Yes, this information is displayed at Auctiva -> Listings(tab) -> Active Listings.

Our listing maintenance, which updates title, current price, high bidder, high bidder feedback, bid count, currency, and end time on your active listings page is done about every 6 hours.

Well...for some reason mine isnt working...everyone of them says n/a......and when I check ebay...Ive had people that are " watching them and hit from another counter that I cant get rid of for some reason

Then I'm guessing the listing you're referring to were posted directly through eBay and have the Andale counters on them.

The Auctiva active listings page will track your counter hits for listings posted through Auctiva that have the free Sellathon counters offered through the Auctiva lister page.

Actually I have one that has the sellatho on it and it STILL shows nothing, BUT when I look at ebay, the sellathon showed 17 this morning...and the auctiva page just showed n/a

Well it should be update the nesst tinme the listing maintenance runs on your account. If you file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page, we'll be able to put your account on the priority list.

I clicked on the link then on the ' file a support case' and theres a blank , somewhat blank, page....You cant type in the area....Im really NOT this dumb , BUT.........
