I have a customer that is trying to use a coupon ebay sent him. He can't find the place in Auctiva checkout to use it? Anyone have this issue before???

Hello,
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are experiencing. Unfortunately, the Auctiva Checkout system does not support the use of eBay coupons so your buyers will not be able to use these coupons when checking out through the Auctiva system.
We have this on our list of things to consider changing with our future site updates, but I’m afraid I cannot offer an estimate of when this may happen at this time.
If you would prefer to use the eBay Checkout system instead due to this, you can disable the Auctiva Checkout setting in your account by mousing over the “My Account” tab, selecting “Auctiva Checkout” under “Settings”, unchecking the “Use Auctiva Secure Checkout” box on the ensuing page, and then clicking the “Save Settings” button below.
If you were to disable the Auctiva Checkout setting, your listings that were posted through Auctiva while this setting was enabled will continue to be processed through Auctiva Checkout, but any listings posted thereafter will be processed through the eBay Checkout system instead.
