Closed Items not showing

Check first if the listings are still active. Perhaps they were ten or thirty day listings. If they are not active, see if the show up in ebay as unsold/sold.

They were 7 day listings that had finished their 7 day period. They do show up in E-bay as unsold, but do not appear in my closed listings on Auctiva. The 2 that appear in my Auctiva closed listings, both sold.

Once in the closed listing tab make sure your filters are as follows: All listings. All Folders. Any. No Inventory filter. All ebay sites.
then Make sure that the search area is empty.

I am guessing your filter might be set to show sold listings.

Sorry for not checking back sooner. Things that closed on E-Bay (and didn't sell) are not being recognized as closed on Auctiva. Only things that have sold are showing up as closed. It is supposed to be an automatic process, however for a certain period of time, it did not work properly for me. I have been corresponding with Auctiva about it, they have tried to do it manually for me, still not working. The engineers are currently working on it.
