Not the way I expected our year to begin, and definately not impressed.
Ended all our items on the 31st, yet a couple items are still showing as being active 3 days later.
Have sent customer support who passed it to tech for review.
How much longer can this possibly take??

Although I am still uncertain exactly what caused these particular items remained stuck on your Active Listings page after you ended them, we have since been able to remove them and have updated the support case you opened on the subject accordingly.
