Hi can anyone tell me if they are having the same problem. I look at my closed listings and all the images are gone. On some of the closed the description is gone also. Please help! Thanks.

My images are gone too.
There has been another similar message in "getting started":
BTPS:"#2 - Not one of my thumbnails show up - so I have no idea what the item really is. All the images next to the title say Image not available."
Auctiva Jeff:"I'm not sure why #2 is happening for you, file a support case on that."
If it is happening to alot of us, maybe it isn't just a solitary out-of-the-blue problem?

I looked at a few of your recently closed listings and saw images with all of them except one, which looks like it didn't have images in the first place. i.e., there are no broken or missing images.
Can you link me to specific listings that you are noticing this problem?

I see all of your images as well. On your saved listings page on your account, I see all the thumbnails except for two and for those two, it looks like images were not selected in the saved listing.

Good morning to all. Thanks for the info on why my pics are not showing. I will just have to work with it to put them back into the ads.
