Combined & promotional shipping not getting applied??

Hi! When I create my auctions, I check the boxes for "Apply my eBay combined shipping rule" and "Apply my eBay promotional shipping rule", but when I go to the listing on ebay, neither of those were applied. I've clicked on "Update Combined Shipping Discounts From eBay" in my account settings, so that's not it. I go to revise the auction and the boxes are NOT checked. I tried the whole procedure again and received the same results. Is anyone else having this problem? Are there any solutions? Thanks

Hi,

I saw a report awhile back from the Auctiva folks that eBay has a bug on submission. I believe they even gave a link over to the eBay Developers site for the reported problem.

It's been a few weeks, so don't know the status. I would check with Support, i.e. file a Support Case and ask.
