I have 2 purchases from 1 buyer and have combined for shipping. How do I purchase just one insurance policy for the combined amount? I do not use Auctive checkout. Thanks

If these items are showing up on your Auctiva "Transactions" page as a combined transaction, then you should be able to purchase a combined insurance policy for the shipment by clicking the "Add Insurance" link next to the item on your Auctiva "Transactions" page. If there items are showing up as individual transactions, if you contact our customer support team and let us know the coverage amount you would like the policy to entail, we'll be able to generate the policy for you from our end.
Since you are not using Auctiva Checkout, there is actually a setting in your Auctiva account you will need to enable to make it so items that are paid for on combined invoices are imported to your "Transactions" page as combined transactions. This setting is called "Track payment status for my eBay sales" and can be found by clicking the "Checkout Settings" link under the "My Account" tab within your account.
