Hi creekstonecollectibles,

Even though you are using Auctiva, the process of combining multiple items purchased by one buyer on one transaction will actually remain the same. If your buyers purchases multiple items from you, he will have the option to combine them on the same transaction during the checkout process - or you can send a combined invoice through eBay to consolidate the items into one purchase.

If you are using Auctiva Checkout, any items that are combined during checkout should show up on your Auctiva Transactions page as combined transactions. However, if you are using eBay Checkout, there is a setting in your Auctiva account called "Track payment status for my eBay sales" that needs to be enabled for this to happen. The option to enable this setting can be found by clicking the "Checkout Settings" link under the "My Account" tab within your account.

As long as your combined transactions are showing up as combined on your Auctiva Transactions page, you should be able to add insurance to them by clicking the "Add Insurance" links next the desired ones. If you need to purchase a combined insurance policy for items that are not showing as combined on your Auctiva Transactions page, our customer support team would need to help you out with that.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer support team using the web form on the following page: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
