confused about Auctiva pro (classic)

sorry if my newness shows but i am confused about the auctiva classic product.
Most internet provuders of free basic software use it to attract potential customers for chargeable product.
there is not a single mention of any upselling on this website, do many people use Auctiva classic? and can it be used properly on UK ebay ?
