I'm posting tonight (slowly as usual) and noticed the images are posting without borders. In my account preferences I have "Image Borders" enabled under "Image Management". When I spot checked a few other listing it seems all the borders are gone. From another discussion in this forum it seems that an Auctiva representative mentioned that the border would only be removed from header images, which is not the case with my listings, and that it wouldn't be implemented until later in the year. Could someone please clearly explain to me what is going on - is this an Auctiva or eBay issue?

Hi Mitchell,

Thanks for posting about your problem here.

I believe the previous discussion regarding image borders you read actually dealt with image borders that were embedded into images as part of the image files. The borders that can be added to image using the “Image Borders” setting within Auctiva are actually just wrapped around your images without modifying the image files, so I don't believe the issue you have described is related.

If you post a listing through your Auctiva account while the “Image Borders” setting within your account is enabled, our system should automatically place a border around each image that was placed in the Auctiva Image Selection section when of the lister page during the posting process.

If you posted the listing in question while this setting was enabled in your account, please contact our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option and we will look into this further.
