I like relisting my items myself. However, I find it very difficult to figure out which ones are relisted and which need relisting. I have to have 2 windows open and go back and forth from ebay to auctiva. Some items I have relisted aren't showing up as relsited. There has got to be an easier way. I was putting my listings into 2 different folders, one sold and one relisted. That didn't help. Any suggestions? Maybe I am doing something wrong. Thanks in advance, yourfashionstation

Nope this has been one of my biggest complaints. Trying to relist is a pain...no clue if its a first time ending with no bids or if its already been relisted so I would have to resubmit it(so I would get the relist $$ back the 2nd time)

I use blackthorne also (during the day as I use auctiva to list after I go to bed) and when items end in blackthorne they go into folders.

One folder are auctions that ended for the first time that I can just click on relist.

2nd folder are auctions that ended for the 2nd time so I have to resubmit them and not relist.

Would be nice if the closed items in auctiva was a little better and not so messy

Hi littleshopoftreasures,

If you have relisted an item from your Auctiva Closed Listings page, a statement and link should show up next to the item that says "Last Relisted as Item # _____". However, this indication would not show up on your Auctiva Closed Listings page for items that you relist directly through your eBay account so this could be difficult to track if you are doing your relisting through eBay.

That being said, there is no indication on the Closed Listings page that would tell you whether a closed listing is currently scheduled to relist so I could also understand how staying on top of which items to relist would be tricky if you are scheduling all of them.

If you are scheduling your relists, I would would recommend setting up a folder system like Scott described to help you keep track of which items you have already relisted.
