confusion

I am a computer idiot, yet I find Auctiva to be extremely easy to use....if you could give one or 2 specific problems for starters, maybe someone can help

I started out new to computers, ebay and all. The learning curve was hard for me but since I don't do anything too fancy, I'm very pleased with Auctiva. Also support and forum help is the best! It is rare now for me to have a problem. If you give it a little time, I think you'll wish you would have found it sooner. Until yoyu are comfortable with it, don't use it when you have an urgent time related posting.

Read the forums and go through all the tutorials.Sure, it takes time but its an investment that pays off.

Take some time, create some test listings, check out a few tutorials, and like member_8880 said, post some specific problems so we can help you out better.

I'm quite computer savvy if I may say so myself, and I did not have a whole lot of trouble learning Auctiva. It's saved me so much money in fees though, I'd use it even if it was hard for me to use, which it isn't now that I've learned most of the tricks. Using profiles, seller details, etc I can create a listing in a matter of minutes if I have all the item specs ready.
