As I have stated many times now, I prefer not to file a support ticket only to be forced argue with someone for a week or more about the issue.....as has happened too many time before.
There seems to be no reason that this issue cannot be addressed here on your HELP board just as other issues are. That is why the board is here.

I also prefer that eBay be able to monitor/read about issues I am experiencing upon request...it saves time screen shotting everything.

This also being a help board....the answers may "help" others experiencing the same issues. The answers are not top secret information and should be shared with the community....and the community has also asked, begged, pleaded forever for information to be shared and not hidden.

You should also already be aware there is an issue as I have posted here about it for a month already.
