I'd like to add a link to my Auctiva Store to allow members to Contact Me via eBay's contact member form (I don't want to give out my personal e-mail address), this way members can contact me via eBay and it will mask my e-mail address.

Does anyone know how to link to eBay's "Contact Member" button/form?
(It's on the feedback/member profile page: http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=chrisrut23)

Hmmm... I don't think that you can change much about the details of the Auctiva store. If I remember right, you can only change the colors, wording, and layout design.

But you can imbed that contact info into all your listings, so your customers will see that every time you have the click on an item.

But I might be way wrong. It has been a while since I messed with my store settings.

Auctiva allows one to enter Contact information, and I just want to add a link so that people will be redirected to eBay's Contact Member form, so I don't have to give people my personal e-mail.

YOU trust ebay's system that much? Not me! After receiving too many long after auctions closed I wont' use it! I wish I could shut it off all together.
Chris, how about setting up a separate email account that you can use for business correspondance only? Your customers will be able to see your registered email address anyway, so it won't be completely hidden.
