1. How do I create a email link on this page.
E.g. my email address would be a link that if the user had an email program on their computer the link would open it up with the To: filled in.

2. When I set up the contact page, it has an option to "Include "Please add me to your Mailing List" in email form. What email form, and how does this work.

1) don't put a personal e-mail address on here, any other you can place as part of your signature.
2) not sure what you are referring to

LadyT - suggest you file a support request with Auctiva, it would have been better to start another thread in a more appropriate place as your question looked like a reply to the one before you and not a new question
