Thanks for posting about your experience here. I am not aware of any specific issues that would explain what happened with respect to your support cases that you indicated went missing, but I have confirmed that we received 2 support cases from you today and we will do our best to help you out through those cases.

Although you should receive a confirmation message each time you successfully submit a support case, you can also check the status of your open cases from within your account at any time by mousing over the “Help” tab and selecting the “Check Support Case” option.

I gather you may already be aware of that, but I figured I would add that information in case it is helpful to anyone else who may read this thread. I also appreciate that you tried again once your initial attempts to file a case were unsuccessful.
