Counter | Auctiva

I have selected the Sellathon counter in my listing templates, and when I view my listings on eBay I do have numbers registering on the counters. However, I don't have numbers showing on my Auctiva Active Listings screen - only N/A. How do I get those hit numbers there?

Hi 2purrcats,

I just initiated a command to update the values reflected in the "Hits" column on your active listings page, and you should be able to see the reults within the next 2-4 hours.

If this problem persists, please file a support request regarding this issue using the appropriate link on our help page:
