Counter: Ranked by Popularity...

I just posted my first Auctiva auction few hours ago: I DO NOT like that "CLick here to see my other items, ranked my popularity"

Has anyone checked out Sellathon and View Tracker websites lately-dates going back to 2004-2005, so outdated
doesn't inspire signing on, for sure.

Anyhow, how do I get rid of this Popularity thing. A search on this board and the most relevant answers also date back to 2007??

Unreal. thinking I am in a time warp.

Turn off the Auctiva counter.

Unreal and almost not deserving of an answer but here it is anyway.
From your listing page scroll down to "Select a Counter' hit the drop down tab and select "No Counter"

Ok...then this questions gonna be really silly...I have turned off the sellathon counter, but everytime I list a new item I get the empty box with a red x where the counter would have been and the "click here" verbage.

How do not have any of this show up!

Hi Neil,
Yes I've seen that red x too, on other listings. Since I don't use Sellathon I can't be much help...try filing a support request using the help button at the top of the page. Auctiva may have to get rid of it for you
